Sunshine ice cream is a play on the mind. Muted gray as a rain cloud, but tastes like a ray of sunshine on your tongue. A geyser of sunny citrus and tropical fruit. You know that moment when you bite into a jelly donut and the glowing red raspberry jam oozes out the sides? Then you breathe in a little too much of the powdered sugar coating and try not to cough? All the while your sweet senses are going haywire, dancing with joy? We’ve captured that satisfying instant in our new spring flavor. Silky vanilla custard with powdered-sugar sweetness. Soft donut flakes throughout with a pleasant bite. From-scratch, tart red raspberry jam with the most subtle hint of rose petal for an entertaining twist.
Dark caramel, cream cheese, pastry, and cinnamon (lots of it).
A flavor truly inspired by Jeni’s upbringing in the Midwest. Where cinnamon rolls reign queen and are as likely to show up in a restaurant’s pre-dinner bread basket as in a pastry case at the local bakery. (Jeni has been known to refer to Columbus as the cinnamon roll belt.) Jeni’s version captures all that is glorious about a cinnamon roll baked in a cast-iron skillet. With gooey, cinnamon-scented brown sugar caramel. Cream cheese ice cream that mimics the addicting sweet and salty frosting. Pastry flakes as soft and satisfying as the center bite of your favorite cinnamon roll. And so much cinnamon sprinkled throughout it’ll make you weak in the knees.

Pistachio & Honey ice cream is rich and nutty, with a verdant, mossy green hue from real pistachios. We keep the color of this flavor all natural. Because real pistachios—double-roasted and ground for us by our longtime partners Krema Nut Co., one of America’s oldest nut companies—are what makes this ice cream truly wonderful. Their rich nuttiness grows subtly with every bite. And a touch of wildflower honey gives this flavor an earthy, tip-of-the-tongue sweetness, as well as beautiful texture. A highly satisfying ice cream with nearly savory qualities.

An homage to a perfect American dessert (and one of Jeni’s splendid ice cream favorites). We start with ultra tart pineapple-infused buttermilk cream (made just for us on an old family dairy) that is so lush, it would be mistaken for creme fraiche in France. Of course, we’ve dotted the cream with plenty of golden cake pieces. But the real showstopper is, not one, but TWO sauces—a dark, devilish caramel sauce and a pop of sweet-tart Michigan red cherry. This one is perfect at the table with guests or in a more intimate setting. It’s likely to become a new favorite.
